Gold and Dollar Rates in Pakistan Today — Friday 6 November 2026: 24K Gold Rs 421,125–435,500 per Tola, Dollar Flat at Rs 276.60–277.10

Gold held near its lows on Sunday morning after the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association cut rates by Rs 10,800 per tola on Saturday — and the US dollar stayed flat against the rupee. Across Pakistan's main rate trackers, 24K gold trades in a range of Rs 401,532–420,536 per tola this morning. Saturday's official APGJSA board put 24K gold at Rs 409,736 per tola, the weakest in a month, after international gold broke below $4,000 an ounce to its lowest level of 2026.
| Karat | Per Tola (11.66 g) | Per 10 Grams | Per Gram |

| 22K | Rs 368,071–385,491 | Rs 315,569–330,504 | Rs 31,557–33,050 |

| 18K | Rs 301,149–315,402 | Rs 258,194–270,413 | Rs 25,819–27,041 |
Saturday's cut was the sharpest in weeks. The APGJSA lowered 24K gold by Rs 10,800 per tola to Rs 409,736 on Saturday, with 10 grams down Rs 9,259 to Rs 351,282 and silver down Rs 142 to Rs 5,388 per tola. International gold fell $108 to $3,872 an ounce. That followed Friday's Rs 5,100 cut to Rs 420,536, when the international spot slid $51 to $3,980.
Over the full week, local rates eased Rs 8,000 per tola to close Saturday at Rs 410,000 — a 1.91% weekly fall and the lowest local close of the past 30 trading days. The local market peaked at Rs 422,700 on Wednesday before giving back all its gains as international gold broke below $4,000, its lowest level of 2026. The Rawalpindi–Islamabad sarafa benchmark on PakGold stands at Rs 404,493 per tola (sarafa-confirmed 31 October, 03:57 PM PKT; page updated 1 November, 06:39 AM PKT).
Why the figures differ: the sarafa board, the rate trackers and the international spot price are three different numbers. The board is the sarafa association's own quote; the trackers convert the London spot price at their own dollar rates — this morning's spot-derived quotes sit around Rs 401,532–403,851 per tola, below the board because the board adds a local premium plus import and dealer costs, and because international markets are closed for the weekend. Your jeweller's final quote will differ again, because making charges are added on top.
The dollar is essentially unchanged. The interbank rate is Rs 276.65–277.15 per US dollar this morning (State Bank buying Rs 276.65, selling Rs 277.15 via Hamariweb, updated 1 November 2026 at 09:16 AM PKT) — identical to yesterday. The open-market rate is Rs 277.50–280.00 (buying Rs 277.50, selling Rs 280.00), and the mid-market reference sits at Rs 276.75, unchanged since 31 October. Over the past month the dollar has barely moved against the rupee.
Gold: the sarafa board starts from the international spot price, converts it at the open-market dollar rate, and adds the local premium — which is why the board rate is never exactly the converted spot price. Dollar: the interbank rate is what banks trade among themselves; exchange companies buy and sell cash to the public at the open-market rate, usually Rs 1–3 higher, with their own spread. Rates move through the day, so treat this post as a morning snapshot, not a live quote.
Important: this post is information only and is not financial advice. Always confirm the rate with your bank, exchange company or jeweller before buying or selling.
